  My 1st review was 5 stars...(Very Pleased with the results....& the people....Worth the money)..but after their very poor service & treatment...I am editing it...
  
  My updated Review...01-31-18 ...1 Star
  
  I purchased 3 Treatments at $70 per treatment....
  The 1st two went well...When I tried to get an appointment for my 3rd treatment...I found out that I was not dealing with a reputable company...& that at the base of their business is a SCAM....
  
  I called during business hours to set my 3rd appointment & got a recorded message so I left my message & phone number....I called several other times & left messages...I NEVER GOT A RETURN CALL...
  
  When I finally got thru to a person...he told me that there were no messages from me...& that they were booked way into the future...
  
  I tried to set an appointment but only got arguments & rude treatment...
  He told me that someone would call from their Corporate location & hung up on me...I was on the phone with this guy for 14 minutes...to get hung up on....& No Appointment...
  
  A long while later I got a call from their corporate location .... I spent over 15 minutes on the phone with her...ALL I WANTED TO DO WAS SET AN APPOINTMENT...which is what I thought they were in business for...I finally got an appointment set. This took me numerous calls & spending 14 minutes talking to the guy at the Park Meadows location & getting hung up on & an additional 15 minutes on the phone with the Corporate person....
  
  The DaVinci SCAM is that DaVinci Teeth Whitening system uses special "BLACK LIGHT" lighting in the treatment room so that when you are through... there is an appearance that a large improvement has occurred....but when you get into regular lighting the real improvement is measurably less..
  
  .The special DaVinci lighting is like the lights used in a night club that makes anything white look bright & iridescent
  
  Quite a Little SCAM they have going there...I am looking into what it takes to file a class action suite ....
  
  When I brought this up to the Corporate person she skirted the subject & would not address it directly...
  
  So my 3 problems with DaVinci Teeth Whitening System is
  #1 their Black Light SCAM ....
  #2 once they have the money...they create as many obstacles & make it difficult to set an appointment...
  #3 the DaVinci results are little more than can be obtained with an over the counter $15 treatment....
  
  I do know that if I treated my customers the way DaVinci Teeth Whitening System has treated & Scammed me...I would not have the money to even brush my teeth ....let alone Whiten them...
  
  They are NOT a good company to deal with...save your money...& save the aggravation of dealing with this low quality product & poor service....
